Hi, I’m Jamie Bontrager, founder of Mother to Many and a coach dedicated to helping women heal, grow, and step into their God-given purpose. My journey is one of overcoming deep trauma, breaking free from oppressive systems, and finding profound healing and transformation through God’s grace.

I was raised in an oppressive religious environment and navigated the complexities of growing up with a narcissistic mother. My path included enduring sexual abuse, surviving an emotionally and physically abusive relationship, and confronting the pain of infidelity. For years, I carried the weight of these experiences, alongside the heartache of infertility. But through it all, I clung to the hope that God had something greater for me—and He did.

Breaking free from these cycles of pain wasn’t easy, but it was transformative. Through deep inner work, aligning with God’s truth, and stepping into my higher self, I found healing and purpose. I learned how to release the trauma, forgive, and rebuild my life on a foundation of love, faith, and authenticity. Today, I am blessed to hold my daughter—a miracle after seven years of infertility—, blessed to have married a loving, supporting, and healthy partner, and blessed to live a life filled with purpose, peace, and abundance.

I created Mother to Many to share the tools, wisdom, and spiritual alignment that helped me overcome my challenges. My coaching is a safe, compassionate space for women to heal, release trauma, gain clarity, and step into the fullness of who they are meant to be. Whether you’re navigating infertility, trauma, or seeking to live more intentionally, I am here to walk alongside you as you embrace the abundant life God has for you.
